Schematic diagram for the Customized Solutions
- Highly contaminated lint from super/lint cleaner will be fed into the specially designed Feed Regulator.
- An innovative Inverter-driven Feed Regulator regulates the lint for better opening of fibres.
- Gently regulated fibres with contaminates pass-through high resolution scanning modules where the contaminations (color and white PP) will be Detected, Eliminated and collected separately
- Cleaned Lint are sucked through Air-Separator and fed into the conveyor/suction duct for further baling process.
- Micro-dust & trash are also removed and collected separately
